We opened the Wellness Bar in July of 2014 to meet the need for a healthy alternative to grocery store “fresh” juice and smoothies by a hungry, north Idaho following. From cross-fit junkies to moms with flocks of kids – our fresh, healthy, made-to-order juices and smoothies are prized in our community!
Acai bowls (smoothie bowls) are simply the best thing you can do for your body in the morning.
Originating in colder, Nordic countries around 2004, these are raw, organic superfoods blended into smooth, protein packed meals topped with fresh fruit, seeds, nuts, honey, coconut oil and so much more. They leave you feeling like a billion dollars.
